“In 1946 thousands from around the world came to San Diego to experiment an extended fasting, no food. It was written about in a book called “Atomic Power Through Prayer and Fasting” – that movement born in that city, literally launched a worldwide fasting movement, that in 1947 into the 50s, the greatest healing revivals took place. Israel became a nation.

I believe that San Diego was and is a birthplace – a John the Baptist type city to give an unveiling of the coming of Jesus in power signs and wonders and miracles! I am deeply stirred to be with you on February 28th at the Morris Cerullo Legacy Center.

The following day, I will be launching 40 days of prayer and fasting for the new healing revivals and for the outpourings of the latter rain upon San Diego, California and the United States.

I felt like the Lord has said, “there’s a birthing moment,” It’s a Genesis moment right now. February 28, 2/28 – Joel 2:28, “I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh…”

What’s so significant to me is the Legacy Center is right next to the hotel that in 2002 I had the encounter on the thirty-first day of a water fast born out of that book where I was flying over California roaring the victory of the cross over the powers of darkness! When I saw that, I felt the Lord said “Re-dig That Well!”

I believe California – America is in the days of the Great Awakening. We must believe this. And so, I am inviting you to come, actually summoning Intercessors from all over, all over, San Diego, California to come to the Morris Cerullo Legacy Center, February 28th!

Daring to believe that we could enter a new season, a breakthrough in fasting and prayer, in miracles, signs and wonders and healing of which the world desperately needs! An outpouring of the Holy Spirit and maybe a Revival that America has never known!
